Every exhibit company can supply a booth. We design the brand experience that visitors see, touch, read, and remember: the architecture, printed graphics, digital screens, motion content, environmental signage, pre-show invitation, and post-show follow-up.
Instead of handing a creative brief from agency to fabricator to freight vendor, you work with one team. Design decisions, production requirements, and show-floor details stay connected from the first conversation through teardown.
That means a clear creative direction, a workable production plan, and one accountable project manager for the entire program.
Strategic, visual, and physical touchpoints are developed together—not handed between disconnected teams.

Large-format print, fabric, lightbox, floor, and architectural graphics.
Landing pages, email, social, appointment, and post-show touchpoints.
Motion graphics and brand stories designed for the physical screen and show floor.
Wayfinding, hospitality, demo, and stage moments that guide visitors.
The message hierarchy, demo story, and sales-enablement details behind the build.
Every configuration is resolved with the graphic studio and production team, so the structural, visual, and operational decisions support the same exhibit story.

Fabrication decisions are coordinated with the graphic studio so finishes, scale, substrate, illumination, and motion content reinforce one visitor experience.
The operational plan is resolved at the same time: show service, freight, labor, installation, dismantle, storage, and the next deployment.

Show-service orders, labor jurisdictions, venue requirements, freight, show-appointed material handling, and a hundred small decisions determine whether a great design arrives as a great exhibit.
Our Las Vegas operation plans the exhibit details alongside the creative work, while exhibitors order material handling, electrical, rigging, and other venue services through the appointed provider.

Call (702) 470-1737We bring the creative direction, graphic design, motion content, exhibit fabrication, and show-services coordination into one accountable project plan. You do not have to translate a creative brief across a separate agency, fabricator, and logistics vendor.
Yes. The creative studio and fabrication operation can work as one integrated team or as focused scopes. Bring existing creative direction for production, or bring an existing booth for graphics, LED content, and campaign design.
The exhibit rental, printed graphics, installation and dismantle labor, project coordination, warehousing, and freight planning are scoped into the exhibit program. Material handling, electrical, rigging, and other show-appointed services are ordered directly through authorized providers. Creative and campaign work are specified separately so the brief remains clear.
Las Vegas is the operational home base, but the team coordinates exhibit programs nationwide. Venue requirements, labor jurisdiction, show-service deadlines, and freight plans are all established before the build is released.
Start as soon as the show, footprint, and priority are known. The earlier the brief is defined, the more room there is for exhibit selection, custom graphic development, LED content, and practical logistics planning.
Share what you know now. We will help organize the exhibit, creative, media, and operational scope into a real plan.
